RecruitPhilly is a grass-roots non-profit, overseen by Talent Acquisition leaders, that hosts events that foster innovation, networking, sharing best practices, and professional development to elevate the recruiting profession in the greater Philadelphia area.

Founded in 2018, RecruitPhilly was developed by Philadelphia-area recruiters for Philadelphia-area recruiters. Our annual conference is designed to attract speakers and highlight local best practices, providing recruiters and recruiting leaders in our area with a forum where they can learn and grow. Through these events and a strong social media presence, RecruitPhilly offers local recruiters a broad, inclusive community to call their own.
