Jeremy Eskenazi - Managing Principal, Riviera Advisors

Jeremy Eskenazi, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting firm that helps organizations improve and enhance their internal talent acquisition and staffing capabilities.


Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and staffing teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. Jeremy is a proud professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants-USA.

A trusted Practitioner and former Executive Producer and Host of Career Mix, a weekly show on SiriusXM. Tony Hoffman - VP of Recruiting, National & Strategic Accounts, Orion Talent

Tony Hoffman has had a successful career as a recruiting & talent acquisition professional, having dedicated the past 12 years to Orion Talent, where he serves as Vice President of Recruiting in addition to being an active Board Member on their Diversity Advisory Committee.

 

Tony’s service in the United States Navy is the foundation for what has evolved into a successful career providing military talent solutions for companies nationwide since 2007.  His unique perspective and track record associated with client solutioning, both short & long-term commitments, have propelled his career from recruiter to VP in under 9 years.  He has enjoyed a diverse career encompassing both public speaking & recruiting which has cultivated the mental agility he applies to creative solutions, for some of the most challenging projects.

 

Originally from Chicago, IL, Tony currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife, Kristen and their two children Ethan and Chloe.

Barb started her career as a solicitor. She quickly realised her skills and personality were better suited to business and after completing an MBA, she spent a decade at BCG in consulting and later as Head of HR & Marketing for the Australia & NZ region. 

 

It was that role, followed by her CHRO experience at the largest digital company in Australia – the REA Group, that inspired her to find a better way to make hiring and promotion fairer, more human and way less taxing for the organisation. 

 

Barb holds a BA/ LLB (Hons) from Monash University and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Launia Terry is currently the Vice President of Corporate Talent Acquisition for Day & Zimmermann. In this role, she oversees the recruiting, partnerships, and programmatic infrastructure for the company’s talent needs. The team focuses on bringing a diverse slate of candidates to Day & Zimmermann using traditional and innovative recruiting methods in collaboration with various organizations. Launia is known for being a savvy leader who demonstrates deep HR acumen, sound judgment, and advocacy for Day & Zimmermann employees.  Before joining Day & Zimmermann, Launia served on active duty as a member of the U.S. Air Force until her retirement in 2016. While in the Air Force, she held a variety of Human Resources Leadership roles that focused on public and private sector client groups within the United States and various locations abroad.

 

Launia is married to her wonderful husband Neem and they have 3 adult children. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a Master’s in Human Resource Development and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management.  In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, dance, cooking, reading, and the outdoors. She and Neem love traveling and make it a priority to explore and see new cities, countries, and cultures.

Vu Trieu is a DEI strategist who thinks creatively when designing and implementing solutions that improve collaboration between businesses, employees, and communities.

 

Before joining Pfizer, Vu was the ID&E Director at Cox Enterprises. Vu transformed the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across three divisions into an enterprise-wide framework aligned with business priorities. His work in this area enhanced the employee experience and improved business results through inclusion-based strategies. Additionally, Vu served in various DEI roles during his 11 years with Comcast. He collaborated with the company's branding, marketing, and creative teams to establish brand responsibility principles and activations that exemplified the company's commitment to social justice. He also partnered with all talent teams to ensure that all DEI initiatives were aligned with the business's growth strategies.

 

Vu has also served as the President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) organization in Philadelphia. He was instrumental in developing the organization's overall strategy for cultivating and empowering leaders to achieve professional excellence.

 

Vu graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is pursuing a Master of Human Resources degree from Villanova University with a concentration in Organizational Development. Vu met his wife while salsa dancing, and the couple currently resides outside of Philadelphia with their cat, Tasha.
