RecruitPhilly is a grassroots non-profit overseen by talent acquisition leaders. It hosts events aimed at fostering innovation, facilitating networking, sharing best practices, and promoting professional development to enhance the recruiting profession in the greater Philadelphia area.

Established in 2018, RecruitPhilly was created by Philadelphia-area recruiters for Philadelphia-area recruiters. Our annual conference is designed to attract speakers and showcase local best practices, providing recruiters and recruiting leaders in our area with a platform for learning and growth. Through these events and a robust social media presence, RecruitPhilly offers local recruiters a broad and inclusive community to engage with.
